A safe and healthy environment is our priority!
We are grateful for the opportunity to serve you. Rest assured we're doing everything we can to provide a safe experience and healthy environment. We appreciate your business and thank you so much for helping us make your day at Wonder of Dinosaurs great!
In addition to the recommended guidelines from the California Public Health Department and County Health Department for Museums, and their referenced and all CDC Guidelines for Activity Centers, the following is our business specific guideline:
-
Our ventilation system provides non-stop outdoor fresh air that flows in then immediately out of our establishment all day long.
-
We have always and will continue to provide numerous hand sanitizing stations through-out our museum for customers and staff. We will also encourage customers to bring their own hand sanitizing bottles for personal use.
-
We have restrooms on both levels for frequent hand-washing. Health Department prepared signs are posted through-out reminding customers to stay home if sick, wash hands, wear facial coverings and social distance.
-
Our staff are wearing masks, and use gloves to the extent possible based on their duties.
-
Our tables are family only and segregated 6 feet from other family tables. Chairs are segregated into family groups then separated by 6 feet.
-
Dedicated staff will sanitize open-air inflatables at various intervals daily according to use. Hand sanitizing stations are located at the entrance of each open-air inflatable directing parents to apply hand sanitizer to their children's hands prior to use, at 2 minute intervals, and upon exiting. The CDC guidelines have stated that transmission from touching surfaces is low.
-
Elevator is limited to one family per trip.
-
We do not serve food or drinks, thereby eliminating removal of masks for eating and hand-to-face/mouth touching.
-
Our establishment comprises 80,000 square feet of space, more than adequate area for each family to social distance from other families.
-
Masks are required to enter per State guidelines.
