Your party room is completely private for sole use by you and your guests.

Book a party in 3 easy steps.

1. Read this page as well as the exhibit rules on our Activities page.  Preset times and packages are below, please review before sending request.

2. Email us at with the following information or fill out the form.

a. Your preferred date, 

b. Your preferred time (see options below) ,

c. Guest count.  See the available packages below.

3. Once we have responded with an approved date and time, we will send you a link to pay the $100.00 *security deposit.  Please allow us 48 hours to respond.  We book parties in the order they are received.

Party Request

Once the security deposit (This security deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, however, it is refunded provided the party room is left clean, on time and undamaged.  It is not applied to your party package.) is received you will need to pay for your party in full within 7 days of your party date. The party room is not guaranteed until full payment is received for all of your invited guests per the packages below.

Most of our exhibit can be seen from the store if you want to come take a look. A ticket is not required to visit our store, however, if you want to go inside the exhibit, please plan on purchasing a ticket.  We do not provide free tours until after your reservation deposit has been received.

We have party areas that will accommodate approximately 20-150 people as described below. You will have a private party room, however the exhibit and activity areas remain open to the public.

NOTE: The credit card used to pay for your party online must be in the name of the person who is hosting the party. If you wish to have someone else pay for your party please let us know so we can make other arrangements for your party payment.


 We provide either a private room or area for your party, however, the museum and activity center is always open to the public.

Weekdays: 10 am to 12 pm , 12:30 pm to 2:30  pm,  3 pm to 5 pm, 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm

Saturdays: 10 am to 12 pm, 1 pm to 3 pm, 4 pm to 6 pm

Sundays:  11 am to 1 pm, 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm, 4 pm to 6 pm




$180.00 package for up to 8 children and 7 adults -

$180.00 package is only available Monday through Thursday and is not valid on Holidays.

$230.00 for up to 10 children and 10 adults -

$230.00 package is only available on weekdays, Saturdays 10-12, and Sundays 11-1. 

$330.00 for up to 15 children and 15 adults

$430.00 for up to 20 children and 20 adults

$530.00 for up to 25 children and 25 adults

$630.00 for up to 30 children and 30 adults

$730.00 for up to 35 children and 35 adults

$830.00 for up to 40 children and 40 adults

$1,030.00 for up to 50 children and 50 adults

Each additional guest is $10.00 provided it is paid prior to your event.  At the door additional tickets are charged at the Regular Public Admission full day rate (no discounts apply).



The entire exhibit & activity center will be yours!

Rates start at $2,000.00

After-Hours Private Event available:

 8 pm to 10 pm Friday & Saturday

7 pm to 9 pm on Sunday




Party Add-On:  15 Dino Tote/Shoe bags & 30 Kiddie Ride or 18 Hole Mini-Golf Tickets $80.00

Party Add-On:  18 Dino Tote/Shoe bags & 44 Kiddie Ride or 18 Hole Mini-Golf Tickets $100.00 

Party Add-On:  20 Dino Tote/Shoe bags & 60 Kiddie Ride or 18 Hole Mini-Golf Tickets $120.00

Party Add-On:  Baby Apato Petting or Dinosaur Mascot Op's 10 minute Meet & Greet $35.00 each (pictures above).

Party Add-On:  Dancing T-Rex (as shown in video above) $100.00 for a 10 minute visit.


Cancellation policy:  No refunds in the event of a cancellation.  We will attempt to help you reschedule with 10 days prior notice.


Q: Is the Birthday child free?

A: Yes, the birthday child will receive free admission and a dinosaur tote bag with goodies. All other guests 2 and above, including parents and siblings will be counted in your guest package.


Q. How long is the Party?

A.. The party includes a private party room for 2 hours (You will need to allocate time within those 2 hours for your set-up and clean-up.  No early or late room time.) and includes all day access to the exhibit and activity center for your guests (includes in and out privileges). 


Q: Are there any discounts?

A: There are no discounts offered for parties. 

Q: Can children attend the party without a parent or guardian?

A: At least one parent or guardian for each child (must be included on guest list and paid for by Party Host) and accompany their child to the party. We do not allow drop offs. 


Q: Can my guests come in early?

A: Yes, your guests may come in early provided your party is paid in full and we have your guest list.  They may stay until closing.

Q: What kind of decorations can we bring?

A: Decorations are allowed and banners can be taped (clear only) to the walls (no pins, tack, staples, etc). No pinata’s, confetti, or silly string please!

The packages are admission only, so you will need to bring tableware.

Q: Do my guests receive tote bags and goodies?

A: If you would like dinosaur tote bags for your guests they can be purchased for $2.00 each (minimum purchase of 10 bags). These are empty bags.  We can also create custom goodie bags.


Q: Do I need to bring a guest list?

A: Yes, please email us a guest list at the very latest the day before your party.  This will allow us to let your guests in early provided your party is paid in full!


Q: Where should I park?
A: It is best to park on level P4 in the parking garage and enter through the third floor mall doors. When you enter, head North (left). This is the easiest location to bring in your supplies, food, etc. 


Q: Can my guests pay for themselves at the party rate?

A: All party guests must be included in the Party Package.   We do not allow parents/adults in your party to pay for themselves.  No child will be allowed in as part of your party without at least one parent also on your guest list.


Q: Can we bring balloons?

A: No, we're sorry but the South Bay Galleria does not allow balloons in the mall. 


Q: Do you provide invitations for parties?

A: We do not provide invitations.


Q: Can I arrive early to set-up my party?

A: The two hour time slot includes your set-up and clean up time. Please do not arrive early as we do not have an area to store your belongings - they must go directly into your party room at your beginning designated time.


Q: What happens if I leave the party room late?

A: It is important for all of our parties that the party room is exited on time. If you are late leaving the party room your $100.00 deposit will be forfeited.


Q: After I leave the party room can I store my extra food and drinks with you?

A: At the conclusion of your event all food and beverages need to be removed from Wonder of Dinosaurs, and are not allowed on the museum or activity floor.  If food is taken in the Exhibit or Activity Center your $100.00 deposit will not be refunded.


Q: Do you provide a birthday host?

A: A party host is not included in the Party Package. If you would like one we could provide a host for an additional $100.00 fee. 


Q: Can we play music in the party room?

A: No, we're sorry but we cannot allow music to be played in the party room. 

Q: Do your party packages include food?

A: Our Party Packages are admission only.  Party Packages do not include food, drinks, cake, or decorations. 


Q: What kinds of drinks can I bring?

A: Water, juice, coffee and soft drinks. You can bring a metal or plastic ice chest (no styrofoam ice chests) provided it does not leak. No alcohol allowed.  If alcohol or alcohol bottles/cans are found in your party room your deposit will be forfeited and your party will be asked to leave.  No drinks in glass bottles are allowed. 


Q: Do you have any restrictions on food we can bring?

A: All food you bring needs to be prepared food (i.e. pizza, sandwiches. etc). We do not allow lit warmers and electricity is not available.


Q: Do you have a place to store food?

A: We do not have any space to store food, cake, ice cream, etc. 


Q: Do you provide tables and chairs?

A: Yes, (tables are rectangle 6 feet x 32 inches) and we also have dinosaur-themed vinyl table covers on all the tables which you are welcome to use or you may use your own. 


Q: Do you allow outside vendors?

A: For insurance reasons we cannot allow third-party vendors.

Your admission is subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Exhibit and Property. Admission to the Exhibit is at the ticket holder's own risk. Exhibit and Property will not be liable for any loss, injury or damage.

Our dinosaurs and/or exhibits are available for short terms rentals, movie shoots, and commercial photography.  Please email us with your request.
