Coronavirus, COVID-19, Influenza A/B, Sars, and any other Communicable Virus

If you have a frequent cough, fever, difficulty breathing, chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, runny nose, recent loss of taste or smell, or if you or someone you live with has been diagnosed with Coronavirus, COVID-19, Influenza A/B, Sars, or any other communicable virus, please plan on visiting another time. If you have underlying health conditions, fall into any category that places you in high risk of COVID-19, or live with someone at-risk, please plan on visiting another time.  Thank you!

 

By entering, you agree to take all recommended and reasonable actions to protect yourself and others from exposure to Coronavirus, COVID-19, Influenza A/B, Sars, or any other communicable virus and/or any other injury, and that you ASSUME THE RISK of entering or allowing someone to enter.

 

You further understand and agree that no one can guarantee that you will not be exposed to or contract COVID-19 or any other communicable virus, anytime or anywhere.
